A Support PIN (personal identification number) is a unique number that is used to verify you as the owner of the account or a user authorized to manage it. We may require this pin for validation when you contact our team for assistance.
Your Support PIN is displayed on the left-hand side pane of your Control panel under the Account Summary section.
Your Support PIN cannot be customized; however, you can generate a new one by clicking on the "Reset Support PIN" button.
In case you lose your Support PIN and access to your SiteControl portal, please, contact our support for further assistance.
