How do I access my email via web browser?

The Spectrum Business webmail interface can be accessed via SiteControl or by going directly to https://sitemail.webhosting.west.charterbusiness.com/

I. Access the Spectrum Business webmail directly:

1. Login with your email address and password at https://sitemail.webhosting.west.charterbusiness.com/

Note: If you do not remember your email password, you can reset it via SiteControl. For instructions, click here.

II. Access the Spectrum Business webmail via SiteControl:

1. Navigate to SiteControl (click here for instructions)

2. Click on Email under the Manage Services section.

3. On the next page, click on the Mailboxes link

4. Locate the mailbox you wish to access and click on the corresponding Inbox link
